Wind chimes — available in hand-tuned copper, solid aluminum, and hand-polished brass. Each metal has a distinct tonal quality: copper rings with warmth, aluminum carries further in the wind, brass has a deep mellow resonance.

Rain chains — pure copper cups and links. Copper is the traditional material for rain chains and the most beautiful over time — it develops a rich green-brown patina as it weathers.

Doorbell plates — cast brass, hand-forged wrought iron, and artisan steel. Finished by hand in craftsman, Victorian, modern, and rustic styles.

Yes — every wind chime in our collection is hand-tuned to specific harmonic intervals. This means the tubes are cut to precise lengths so the chimes always produce musical tones rather than random clanging.

Our chimes are tuned to common pentatonic scales, which means any combination of tubes will sound harmonious together. You'll know the difference the first time a breeze moves through them.

Copper develops a natural patina over time — a beautiful blue-green or brown-grey weathering that many customers consider the best part of owning copper outdoor pieces. Most people leave it to develop naturally and love how it looks at year five versus year one.

If you prefer to maintain the bright copper color: wipe down with a cloth dampened with mild dish soap and warm water, rinse, and dry thoroughly. Avoid abrasive cleaners or steel wool.

Brass is similar — it will naturally darken over time. For cleaning, a paste of lemon juice and baking soda applied gently with a soft cloth, then rinsed and dried, will restore shine.

All our products are designed for outdoor use and built to handle seasonal weather without degrading structurally — the patina is purely cosmetic.

Orders typically arrive in 8–17 business days from order date. This includes 1–3 business days for processing and 7–14 business days for shipping transit.

Because our items are curated and ship from specialty artisans and manufacturers rather than a central warehouse, delivery takes a bit longer than big-box retail. We think the quality is worth the wait — and we'll send you tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Yes, genuinely free — no code required. All orders over $100 ship free to the contiguous United States. Orders under $100 ship for a flat $9.95.

Most individual products and all bundles are priced above $100, so the majority of ChimeHaus orders qualify automatically.

Not yet. We currently ship within the 48 contiguous United States only. We don't yet ship to Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, or international addresses.

Expanding shipping is on our roadmap. Email us with your location and we'll add you to the notification list for when we launch your region.

Simple: 30-day satisfaction guarantee, no questions asked. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

No restocking fees. No interrogation. Just email chimehaus@polsia.app with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.

Items must be unused and in original condition. We do cover return shipping for damaged or defective items.
