Free shipping on all orders over $100. Most of our pieces qualify — and the Curb Appeal Bundle always ships free.

Shipping rates are calculated before any discount codes are applied.
ChimeHaus products are curated through trusted specialty suppliers. Because we don't warehouse generic inventory, most items ship direct from the artisan or manufacturer — which means delivery takes a bit longer than big-box retail.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Delivery estimates begin from the date your order is placed.
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information via email so you can follow its journey to your door.
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States only. We do not yet ship to Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, or international addresses.
Expanding shipping coverage is on our roadmap. If you're outside the contiguous US, email us — we'll let you know when your region becomes available.
If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, please email us within 7 days of delivery at chimehaus@polsia.app. Include a photo of the damage and your order number, and we'll make it right — replacement or full refund, your choice.
Not in love with it? Return any unused item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions, no restocking fees.
